connect without hamachi?

I went and found this server on a topsite and it looks great, But it says no hamachi but I cannot connect without it according to the news. Is there anyway to connect without hamachi since the advertisement is incorrect?

It is a non-hamachi server.
It's just that the server's down for couple of days...
Look at the very top bit of the website.... ( the notice) server will be back in like 2 or 3 days later
So for the moment, we are using server 2.... this , you do need hamachi
