cant create a character?

when i get to the character selection part it says that i cant create a character... i just joined so i dont have another character to choose so yeah.. plz help

It's funny. I had that issue before as well.
I'm not sure of the cause or how long it's been going on, but we may have to talk to Angelica about the matter.

it was an sql problem but now it is fixed but also caused a server wipe ...
