Welcome, u cant create a character? do u have firewall disabled? im not sure about this problem. Ill look into it

That is a strange error. It's probably a bug. We'll look into it and have it fixed as soon as possible. Wink

HI I just registered. but I do not know how to get into the game. I downloaded every files that I had to do. when I press winterstory.exe folder the screen goes black and the error occurs. it says error code: -2147287038(unknown error 0x8003000)

I'm sure you've noticed this on the forum announcement. That will get you where you want to be.
However, Angelica has an issue with the registration page that she can't seem to work out. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
